How can I use my digital images? What is the copyright on the image?

LICENSE AGREEMENT: These images are under limited license use exclusively for personal or ministry* use by the purchaser. You may not share the image or forward to others. These images may not be used, reproduced or sold for any commercial or fundraising purpose. The signature of the artist must remain on all images. *Ministry use does include bulletins, art for virtual or presentation display in worship services, newsletter use, and printing as gifts or display for the purchaser. Please repurchase the image for each institution, church, or non-profit where the image(s) are used. Use does not transfer. Use does not include incorporating the art into your website design or for fundraising purposes without an additional license. For any use not covered by this agreement, please contact suzanne at studio@silvertreeart.com to arrange additional license use. You can create your own quote graphics within or around the art using an image editing tool such as Canva. The original artwork remains copyright of suzanne l.vinson, regardless of added text. Please include the following copyright when using the image(s): Title of Image © 2023 suzanne l. vinson. silvertreeart.com. On Instagram tag - @silvertreeartstudio.

SOCIAL MEDIA: Please use the hi-res files ONLY for printing or presentation use. You may not copy, sell or distribute these files online. Do not share the original hi-res art files on social media or other public websites where they can be downloaded. You can save and share the listing photo of the art in frames on silvertreeart.com. You can resize the shared file by duplicating/copying the file and saving as a new file as a low res 72 DPI image for social media use, with credits. You can also photograph the printed artwork for social sharing, with credits. Credit suzanne l. vinson, silvertreeart.com, IG @silvertreeartstudio when properly sharing the art.

General Information

How do I get my files?

Once you’ve completed your purchase you’ll receive a link to a ZIP file containing your image as well as our basic instruction sheets. Download the ZIP file to your computer. If prompted, make sure to save the file to your preferred location. After the download is complete, navigate to the ZIP file on your computer. Right-click or (if you are using Mac OS X) control-click on the file. At least one of the following options should appear in the menu: Extract, Extract All, Unzip. Select one of the options in the menu and follow the instructions. This should create a new folder with the contents of the ZIP file.

How many times can I download my files?

You can download your files an unlimited number of times, however the download link expires 24 hours after the first time you click it. What does that mean? It means that if you purchase your files today, but don’t click the link for a week, that’s okay. But once you click the link you have 24 hours to download your files completely. We highly recommend backing up your files on an external hard drive or to a cloud system.

Oh, no! My download link expired before I downloaded my files, what do I do?

Email us with your order number and the name(s) of the files you’re missing, and we’ll see what we can do. Please note: the email address you contact us from must match the one used for the order.

Can I share these files?

These files are NOT meant to be shared. For more information, please see the copyright and liscence information above.

How do I print the images?

Images are provided as high resolution JPG and PNG and can be used at the physical size provided (i.e. 8x10 inches, 5x7 inches) or smaller. Printing at a size larger than the original file dimensions may decrease the quality of the print. You can setup multiple files on a page for printing.

PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS ::

1. Load a sheet of letter-sized (8.5x11) paper in your printer for every print.
2. Open the file from the folder download.
3. When Printing :: Open Print Dialog Box.

  • Check that paper orientation is set to Portrait (usually the default).

  • IMPORTANT: Select Actual Size or Scale at 100% so the document does NOT fit to page.

  • Choose QUALITY or the highest print quality setting.

4. Print selected image.
5. To Trim::

  • Center the image (there will be some white space around the edge)

  • Trim the print down to the size chosen, removing from the outside edges.

  • A paper cutter can be very helpful here, but if you don't have one you can use a ruler and light pencil markings to add cut lines before cutting.

What kind of paper should I print on?

Who is/are Silver Tree Art?

Silver Tree Art is the heartspace of Suzanne L. Vinson, ordained minister and artist. All artwork flows from her hand and heart into the world.


Can you change the size of the print?

In some cases we can offer prints in custom sizes. Some sizes will not be available. All custom prints cost extra and will add processing time to your order. Please contact us at cteate@silvertreeart.com to inquire about this process.


Can I visit your studio?

YEd’s - studio visits are by appointment and set times that are shared via IG and FB. Contact create@silvertreeart.com to setup a visit


Do you do custom work?

Yes! We would love to work with you on a custom piece. Please send us an email at create@silvertreeart.com with the subject line CUSTOM to get the process started!


What are your custom rates?

Rates vary by project, technique, turnaround time, size, density, and more factors. The best way to get a quote is to email us at create@silvertreeart.com and tell us what you're thinking.


Ordering + Shipping

When will my order ship?

We ship orders within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted. We are based in Virginia in the USA and follow state and federal holidays.

Can my order be rushed?

We do offer rush or express shipping at a fee. Contact create@silvertreeart.com to arrange express shipping. Not all work is eligible for express shipping.

Can you ship to more than one address?

No. Each order will be shipped to the mailing address listed. If you’d like orders shipped to more than one address, please place separate orders for each address.

How are items packaged?

Prints and other items that can be scratched are packaged in cellophane bags. Prints smaller than 9x12" are either mailed between chipboard or in rigid mailers. Large prints are rolled and mailed in a tube. While we use recycled materials when possible, we put a priority on the safety of the artwork.


I'm ordering internationally, am I going to be charged customs?

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Application of customs charges and fees cannot be predicted by Silver Tree Art. Silver Tree Art is not responsible for delays due to customs.


Can I return my print?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase of merchandise in its original condition. Please see the returns and exchanges section, below, for more information.


Do you offer local pickup in Richmond?

YES - If you’d like to arrange local pickup near Carytown, please include your request in your notes. We do offer free shipping on all orders over $35 with code SHIPFREE.


Do you offer gift wrapping?

At this time gift wrapping is not available.

When I track my order it looks like it was delivered but it’s not on my porch! What can I do?

First, contact your local post office. They may have accidentally scanned but not delivered it. Some Priority Mail shipments include a minimal amount of insurance, but if you’re concerned about packages being stolen, have them delivered to work or held at the post office for you to retrieve. We can not replace stolen or lost packages.


Returns + Exchanges

Please completely read through the return process as outlined below to determine if your item qualifies and to get the process started.

1. Does your item qualify?

- Item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. We will not take any item that's damaged, missing pieces, or not in its original condition.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
- We do not take returns of custom or personalized items.
- We do not take returns on digital products or downloads.
- We do not take returns on sale items.
- We do not take returns on gift cards.
- We do not take returns on retreats, mini-retreats, in-studio retreats, or circles.

2. If your order qualifies, please CONTACT US before attempting a return.

Email us at studio@silvertreeart.com with the email subject line RETURNS to start the returns process. If you have your order number available this will speed up the process, otherwise we will do our best to find your order based off of name and mailing address.

3. Receiving a refund.

If we do agree you should send an item back in order to receive a refund or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Late or missing refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at create@silvertreeart.com.

Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at create@silvertreeart.com.
